Well if I was jealous yesterday, then I'm green with envy today! Just got the first load of pictures through from the team this morning and it looks like they're having an amazing time! They actually covered 270km yesterday and still made it to Bijapur with 2 hours of daylight left! Things seem to be settling down into more of a routine now. Everyone seems to have found their place in the mechanics that is 'life on the road'! It's not easy trying to keep a production running smoothly and I feel desperately helpless (and guilty) at having had to leave Jon to handle this on his own. However, the crew did a sterling job yesterday, with G2 the production manager managing to 'persuade' some govt. officials to let us shoot in the Gol Gumbaz mausoleum! Aaah! Brings back many memories of South East Asia where the wheels of govt. also turn in wonderful ways!
Best news of all though is we've managed to upload some video to the website. Yes, the usb internet gizmo has finally kicked in. It took an hour and a half to upload but hey, got there in the end!
Bad news is I'm stuck in Delhi, still unable to walk!
Bah humbug!!!
